If you are exceptionally good at something, people will put up with you being odd. Quirky. Like if you only want to wear paisley, rarely speak, or have a diet that consists entirely of chicken nuggets. They will not put up with you being abusive. They will quietly plot to get you right tf out.

Long story short--even numbers are good, odd numbers are bad, and The Ballad of Gay Tony is the best story in the whole damn series. As for VI, I'm so excited to see how Jason handles the racism of the world around him. He's not an immigrant like Nico. Will he even notice? Will he care?

If not for IV and its handling of characters like Elizabeta, there is no way I would trust Rockstar to have a woman of color as a lead character. Or even a supporting character. Frankly, I see VI as an apology for the sexism of V the way IV was essentially an apology for the racism of III.
