I know this is hard for a lot of politicians and pundits to understand since so many of them are senior citizens, but we have three whole generations of American voters (X, Millennial, Z) who do not give a damn about Bill Clinton. He has no stans out here.

This is Bill Pulte, who is the mastermind behind the 50 year mortgages Trump is introducing to shackle Americans in debt forever.

His family owns Pulte Home Group.

He is also, apparently, 37 years old.

JD Vance owns a company that buys American real estate and sells it to foreign investors. They specifically target Americans in crisis to buy their property for less than it is worth.
JD Vance: "A lot of young people are saying housing is way too expensive. Why is that? Because we flooded the country with 30 million illegal immigrants who were taking houses that ought by right go to American citizens."

Matt Gaetz fucked a vulnerable kid who needed braces, and paid her.

I am so glad my subscription expires next week
A teenager in Florida with a homeless parent wanted money for braces and ended up having sex for money with powerful men, setting off a chain of events that would have a dramatic impact on her life and help upend the political career of Representative Matt Gaetz. nyti.ms/49PSkL9

I hate this timeline we deserve better
How is AI *really* impacting jobs?

Henley Chiu, the CTO of Revealera, a jobs data analysis firm, analyzed 180 million jobs listings in 2024 and 2025, in an effort to find out. Chiu found an:

-8% drop in all jobs postings
-~30% drop in art, photography, writing jobs
-22% drop in journalism jobs
What’s really going on with AI and jobs?
Record-breaking layoff reports, Amazon's mass firings, and a slump in entry level employment. Is AI behind it all?

Oh, there is a bit of a footnote.

You remember how I said the owners of WPEN bought and sold a local high-power channel?

Well, in 2013, many years after WPEN shut down, they bought another indie channel, WSKY-4, so in a way, WPEN's legacy lives on in that channel as their flagship station.

Then in 1998, out of nowhere, COX dropped WPEN from the lineup.

Without access on COX's lineup, WPEN, which was a low-power station, didn't have as wide of a reach, so they shifted their programming from syndicated programming to The Box music channel.

WPEN went dark in February 2001.

Haven't thought about that in ages.

Saw many, many anime titles that I shouldn't have. Granted, a lot of scenes were pixelated, but yeah, they aired a lot of films.

Probably the most notable ones I watched were Wicked City, Crying Freeman, and Barefoot Gen.

Mamdani was speaking DIRECTLY to nonvoters his entire campaign. Even when he was polling single digits. He NEVER disrespected them or blamed them for the destruction of this country, a genocide they did not contribute to, or the acts of Trump supporters

He made their concerns part of his agenda
And then Mamdani literally did this, and won doing it, and they still see it and go, “nah. No thanks.”

Global carbon emissions from fossil fuels are projected to rise to an all-time high this year, according to a report.

At this rate, it will take the world four years to pass the threshold experts agree would constitute catastrophic warming, the authors said.
Despite surging renewables, fossil fuel emissions will hit record this year
Emission-rate increases will accelerate in the U.S. and E.U. but will slow in China and India, according to a report published Wednesday.
