If you have the medical ability and physical tolerance you should be donating blood or plasma regularly

Fear not the passage of time. We are in the century of longevity and every passing year is one closer to endless years.

If your retirement plan isn't accounting for the chance of living 120+ then you're doing it wrong

Honestly who cares who gets the job. If we put this much energy in to automating production we wouldn't even have to worry about jobs but no let's argue with each other over who gets the scraps of the dying system instead of focusing on building the next one.

CEOs in 2025 really think they will get the best out of their people by locking them to a desk inside an office building. If you're not hiring hybrid or remote you will never get loyal talented people

The structures of society aren't ready for the rate of change technology is reaching

The concept of "age" as a measure of health doesn't exist. You are somewhere on a spectrum from healthy to dead. The amount of time you've been alive will have little to do with your place in that range pretty soon

Finding a reliable and safe supply of organs is critical to longevity and life extension. If your organ is beyond repair it needs to be replaced successfully. Glad to see progress being made on such an important cornerstone of longevity.

So it takes potential population collapse for leaders to understand people are being ground in to dust for the economy and all we really want is some freedom and flexibility?

Meal prep is such an upgrade to my life.
✅ Buy in bulk / spend less
✅ Meals already planned out / fewer impulsive binges
✅ Cook once and eat all week / more free time
✅ Consistent supply of healthy home made meals
✅ Able to optimize macros, vitamins, and minerals per meal

People used to celebrate sacrifices to the gods for crop yield and weather. We now know that was barbaric and primitive. Some day the same will be said about people today that celebrate aging and getting older. The slow decline of health is a tragedy and needs to be cured asap

I love following people that are passionate about life extension. Dealing with mainstream deathist media can really drain my spirit but then I scroll on here and remind myself of how smart and talented the longevity industry is. We are making progress toward the ultimate goal!

I can't stress enough how important it is to have multiple streams of income. This is a very common topic for personal finance folks but it's even more relevant now as automation and AI are taking their place in the economy. Having multiple streams not only secures your finances

Do CEOs really not understand that a 4 day work week will be the norm in the near future?

I'm thankful for a few things this year

1. Most importantly, I'm alive during the century that humanity will reverse aging and extend life

2. That I get to see the evolution of AI and automation removing humans from the production process and hopefully leading to UBI if done correctly

When was the last time you donated blood? It helps the world and also helps get forever chemicals and toxins out of your blood. #longevity #antiaging #lifeextension
