A father and his children who were “mistakenly” detained by ICE in Durango, CO, called the facility a “dungeon” with no windows, 24/7 lights, no private toilet, and fed only chips. Agents allegedly abused the daughter before they were transferred to Texas despite pending asylum (Denver7).
