My OC, Mir the "deep-sea angel" detective, except chibi-fied in Animal Crossing style! They resemble a calico cat, with their hair vents reinterpreted as cat ears, and a long tail. They're relaxing in a very pink and purple bar, having ordered a Manhattan-like cocktail topped with a cherry! A sea angel companion hovers nearby, hoping to test it out on the sly. Nearby is Liefde, a bartender with his arms full of suspicious ingredients.

[PAGE 1 OF 2] Mir, also known as “the deep-sea angel”, is a freelance investigator - in other words, a detective. They are affiliated with a consultation agency, of which they are the sole founder, overseer and employee. In actuality, such a place exists only to serve as a formal base of operations for clients to visit. Due to underwater interference, it is difficult to pinpoint exactly where this agency is located. However, triangulation suggests that it is situated on the outskirts of Red Seas' neutral territory. This area is well-known for its dense network of undersea tunnels, many of which are difficult to traverse without assistance. And yet, this does nothing to dissuade the most desperate of Mir's clients, who have nowhere else to turn. [END OF PAGE 1] [PAGE 2 OF 2] Due to the nature of Mir's investigations, most, if not all of the evidence they collect is unuseable in a formal court of law. While this would be a point of contention in the Blue Skies, this is of little consequence within the Red Seas. After all, this is a place with no formally recognised legal system. Rather, it operates on the unspoken rule that only the fittest survive. Within this place, for those with unsettled hearts, there is no true “justice” to be found. For those who carry unbidden rage, there is no true “end” to seeking revenge. This is where Mir comes in. To the hopeless, they grant hope. To the forlorn, they provide an opportunity. They offer the ability to leave behind the scars of the past. A chance to look towards the future, uncertain though it may be. Come now - Will you call upon a miracle? [END OF PAGE 2]

Mir's design is inspired by that of a sea angel (fish), hence their title of "the deep-sea fish"! I wanted a simpler outfit that I could draw a whole lot, so I really went a bit crazy on the clothing folds to make up for it, ahaha~
