Finally the Gill story is getting the traction it deserves. I was amazed firstly when he was arrested and then convicted how little media attention outside Wales it got.... Gill is the canary in the coal mine.

I see it all the time. Many people (I know a few) who leave to seek a better life look down their noses at those of us who chose to stay. 'Dic Sion Dafydd' is the name we give them.

Anyone broadcasting news in the UK should have to follow a strict set of controls stipulated by Ofcom (or new regulator with teeth and balls) to ensure neutrality and fairness. Breaches should be treated with severe financial penalties.
