Lucie Lakin, Principal of Carr Manor Community School & LLA founding member, joins the Leadership Matters Debate on 1 July (4–5:30pm) with Steve Barnes & Dr. André Koffeman. Last week, we welcomed primary school colleagues for a reading and writing moderation session. With support from our EYFS advisor, we tackled barriers to children's progress and shared effective strategies. Looking forward to another session this summer! #Education #EarlyYears

We hosted the Primary Headteachers from the LLA last week, offering a platform for leaders to discuss school challenges and collaborate on future projects. We also welcomed Mel from Rethink Food to share details about their Eco-club competition. (More details at www.rethinkfood.co.uk)

Last week, Pudsey Southroyd hosted the first in-person Forest School Leader Network for the LLA. The session included skills training on using hammocks in forest school sessions, exploring Southroyd’s forest school provision, and sharing ideas on staffing & resourcing sessions. #ForestSchool
