I say the same thing about horror documentaries and podcasts. There is really no reason why they so often interview white folks and mainly men.

Huh. I guess we kind of knew this but now there's research to back it up.
Our latest TV report showed a positive increase in female characters, but male characters still outnumber female characters in children’s TV, especially among animated nonhuman roles.
