Spot on. Also read Shirer’s Berlin Diaries and esp The Collapse the Third Republic. The same RW business elites, anti modern religious Fundamentalists, royalists (eg US young RW edgelord obsession w Holy Roman Empire), RW violence & racism. Feckless opposition. Defeatism. Sounds like the US today.

Don’t know what his motive will turn out to be, but there is a pattern for 4chan Edgelords who claim to be libertarians who hate “both sides.” Eg Elon & David Sacks (& a lot of 15-20 year old kids with no life experience).
