The first couple few times yes. But once you make friends with ducks or geese or pretty much any birds, you've made friends for life. My buddies in the marina, my crow buddies, kind of don't care if I have food or not. They're just so happy to see me.

You see. This is the problem I am trying to address. If we were sitting around a dinner table it would be perfectly normal to inject "I made a cool thing to go with that". But in the soapbox world of current social networks, it's "hijacking". These are not social. There is no conversation allowed.

Yes. I put a lot of work into that project and am trying to get the word out. You were apparently the wrong person to reach out to.

I get the joke. I do. And yes, it's funny.
But the BIG problem for me is we just don't have that kind of oak anymore. All we have is crappy "furniture" grade plywood. All that old oak is gone and that disgusting reptile in the oval office destroyed it. There is no "rebuilding" the east wing. Gone.
