#Saturdaycinema The beautiful Central Cinema, Hobson Street, Cambridge by local architect George P. Banyard opened in 1930 replacing a smaller one from 1921. Despite chages in ownership & a fire it operated till 1972 when it became a bingo hall. Sadly demolition now on the cards
