It's possible it won't make it out of committee tomorrow but, if it does, they've tacked this onto a bill that helps families of people who are being held hostage overseas, so lots of democrats are also voting for it. 3/3

It seems like teeing up the new administration to be able to financially hamstring any organization that doesn't fall in line. It didn't pass in the house but they are trying to get it back on the floor tomorrow (sneaking it in right after the weekend when people aren't paying as much attention) 2/3
