I made two trays of home-made cat treats. My house smells like tuna, and the cats won’t eat them.

Totally panic buying gochujang today
Analysts have said that if Apple passed on tariffs to its customers, the iPhone 16 could increase from $799 to more than $1,100. Uncertainty has spurred anxious shoppers to panic-buy iPhones. Wirecutter experts do not recommend panic buying anything.

Couldn’t be happier that MAGA is moving to EVs. So sad that they are supporting an overpriced brand that hasn’t added any innovative changes in 5+ years.

Listening to @timothysnyder.bsky.social and @anneapplebaum.bsky.social this morning on Impolitic with John Heilemann, and realizing there won't be one event, but a lot of small actions.
Did the 'L.A. Times' and other news outlets pull punches to appease Trump?
Inside the Los Angeles Times, MSNBC, and the Washington Post, journalists question whether news executives are making editorial decisions with an eye to appeasing former President Donald Trump.
