I put a lot into the "City of Plenty" painting, to be released with the Dec 5 launch of the Gothic expansion to "Sorcery Contested Realm." I wrote a deep dive about it in my Patreon, so here's hoping you might be interested! www.patreon.com/posts/city-o...

Just remembered I had joined Bluesky to stay in touch. Out of the tweety habit. Which is a shame since I have spent the last month is Spain…

Strange to see this, after I looked at so many reference photos to make the art for the Sorcery card...

The first of many awards to come, I expect. Bravo to Kelley, Brian, and Seth for their long, hard work bringing the deep history of Magic the Gathering to light for everyone! I'm proud to be one of those interviewed.

Over on Patreon, I've been experimenting with offering Artist Proof card arts to my supporters, under blind-auction protocol. This month, it is an AP of Mirror Realm (Sorcery Contested Realm). The post is available for free and paid supporters alike. www.patreon.com/posts/135523...

I'm keen to see the upcoming Magic documentary "Igniting the Spark." It'll premiere at GenCon; streaming platforms on Aug5. I did a (public) Patreon post in anticipation of it: www.patreon.com/posts/135331.... (I'm even in the official trailer!)

I keep forgetting I have this account. I really intended to come over and read/post more often... (been a tad busy).

Most of my current work is for Sorcery Contested Realm. Most of the events I attend lately are with Star City Games.

New announcement: SCG and Sorcery will be partnering at the rest of this year's SCG events! I expect to be at all three shows. Come say hi! www.youtube.com/watch?v=p880...

Figured it was time to join up. I quit most social media long ago (lack of time, unwilling to give it bandwidth). Have enough friends here now, I might as well. Someone else camped my name, but I'm the working artist/writer/editor of games and books, Academy of Gaming Arts Hall of Fame 1995 etc.
