I have seen alphabets like this on Omniglot. There is a category for phonetic/universal writing systems. I have always thought that those examples need improvement.

Barq worked for me. I was lucky to have no problems. Technically I used Howlr at the time. When Howlr shut down they recommended the Barq as the replacement which works the same and has more features at this point. The app seems active to somewhat active. Location and luck play a role. Stay safe.
