I've written up a document that describes Pandacap, the web app I use to post art and follow people, at https://lakora.us/pandacap/. There are some screenshots in there too. It's really specific to my own use case (it's tied to Azure, doesn't have any discoverability features, and the reply function doesn't even support rich text) and I keep changing things, so it's not likely to be _directly_ useful to someone else. But I'd love it if there were other independent social media platforms that adopted this paradigm instead of just copying everything Twitter did 10 years ago.
