I was watching a show recently and the actress was so expressive to the point I noticed how much it informed the context of what she was saying. It took forever to realize it was simply because she could move her eyebrows and forehead! The near universal use of Botox these days mutes so much.

Definitely! You should also have a special journal where you transcribe them all! Engrave them into your soul and a beautiful book, and revisit them when things are hard. It is an accomplishment that will very literally erase trauma for generations to come, and make the world a vastly better place❤️
