People who comment on DeepSeek R1 runs on gaming PC without referencing to github.com/ggerganov/ll... are promoters not engineers. TL;DR: on gaming PCs, if you have enough RAM (4090s / 6000 Ada, 512GiB RAM), you can expect ~4 tok/s.

The fact that R1 can run on your local computer (and fine-tuning) is hugely bullish to ASI. That suggests ASI is not the Apollo project of our lifetime.
