curd has made its way onto the tart. deviled eggs are sliced and filling is made (will pipe at serving time). egg whites are coming to room temp for the merengue. so close to being done!

been busy this morning prepping sweet potato casserole and making cranberry orange curd. curd is cooling before going into the tart base and the sweet potatoes are ready to be baked later:

mousse is setting!!!! tomorrow morning I’ll prep the sweet potato casserole and make the cranberry orange curd. In the afternoon I’ll bake the casseroles, assemble the deviled eggs, and make the Swiss merengue for the tart. then at dinner time, I’ll just have to cook the steaks for the birthday boy.
