So very true. The pill has caused more problems than it's solved sadly but the research doesn't get published...
It's becoming more known, I can only hope it grows!

It also allows a woman to tune into her body and understand what is happening naturally - makes life so much easier!

Funnily enough the person being so unpleasant yesterday has blocked me after I offered to teach her for free 🤣

Thanks for being kind ❤️

The organisation I learnt with started over 60 years ago, same time as the pill was launched, where we tend to teach for free or small amounts - pharmaceutical companies have millions behind them to fund the drugs and advertising!
It's 99.45% effective, that to me is very good!

Hi! 👋🏻 The method I teach is the Symptothermal method, uses basal body temperature, cervical mucus, cervix position and calendar data to identify the fertile and non-fertile phases of the female cycle - using this you can avoid or achieve pregnancy naturally. 😊

So you'd like to learn? Get yourself booked in.

You know what, I would teach you for free if I thought any of the information would actually get through to you.

Why would I make the money when there are *plenty* of American fertility awareness instructors... It's ok for the pharmaceutical companies to make millions out of birth control pills but little old me empowering women with knowledge about their bodies, that's evil? Get a grip love.

I said I'd need to read the rest of Project25 to see that they actually are banning all other methods of birth control. I didn't say "don't worry". You seem to make shit up as you go along for your own agenda! What is the point in having a conversation if you don't care what others think?

Is that *actually* what it's saying? As my understanding was that they would advocate and raise awareness of the fact that FABM are more effective than rhythm method or calendar method. I'd need to see the rest of the document to see evidence of your statement. My point was that you were wrong.

And I don't need to imagine anything. I feel very sorry for you however. Just fyi I'm not "prolife" or any other thing you might throw my way. I do however believe in bodily autonomy which is sorely missing across the board in western society.

As I said before I'm from the UK. I was simply stating your statement was untrue.
So forcing women to use hormonal birth control with multiple side effects would be ok? To me it isn't enforcing it, it's purely showing it as effective.
Thanks for the promotion tho, much appreciated 👍🏻

I just joined today hence no followers. I am a fertility awareness instructor. I think you'll find you're the clown if you actually did any research.

For the record I'm not a republican or religious (I'm British) but FABM's are proven to be effective scientifically academic.oup.com/humrep/artic... and have been for many years.

Fertility Awareness based methods are based on about 150 years of research, Vs "the rhythm method" and "the calendar method" which are based on an outdated idea that women always ovulate on the same day of their cycle. What research have you done to make your statement?
