I still am holding hope that someone with an active dog in need of a sibling might make a match with Lena. She would thrive in that situation, but if it doesn't happen, she can stay with me. I would never send her back into the shelter system.

It sounds like the cold spell is only for a few days, so they should be able to get back to sunning themselves soon!

I think it's too early...but I guess Mother Nature doesn't agree! I hope it's not a sign of a harsh winter ahead...

That it is very cold for your neck of the woods! It's time to dig out the winter clothes & hope that we get back to fall in a few days! Do Josie & Chance still like to sunbathe in the cold?

I know about that cursing, Linda! Lena does love to do snow zoomies & she acts as if the world becomes a giant snow cone if we get more than 3 inches. A dusting of snow just seems to annoy her...

I think we all feel like sticking our tongues out at everything, at this point...hope you only get a bit more snow. We even have a little ocean effect flurries today, though Lena's disappointed it's not sticking!
