You won't catch me using corporate jargon. Last week in risk management committee I described one of our systems having the ability to 'spit it out' as my mind totally forgot how to say 'automatically send out notifications' 🙈🙃

And what I've seen since being in post for two years next month is how innovative our colleagues are/ willingness to change the way we do things for the benefit of our patients and colleagues. We can't ask for more than this 🌟✨️🌈

Agree. My heart sank yesterday when I saw this and the fact we're going to be one of the longest waiters in wave 4. Let's hope all the other project waves go to plan.

I've nominated colleagues in the past, but to date, I have not received feedback on the nominations/ confirmation that the nomination was received. Is this something we're looking to improve and communicate outcomes back to the person nominating? Cheers 💫
