Every month I try to give a reason I think people should pre-order it/buy it, and this month it's because this was a book made with sheer joy and I think it shows on the page. (1/2 )

Friends, if you take in a stray animal, PLEASE have it scanned for a chip. This is the third time in a week that someone has come into the shelter with an animal that was 'theirs' that was actually chipped and registered to someone else who had been desperately missing that animal for YEARS.

Renters insurance generally covers your stuff. When our airbnb was burgled in Costa Rica on vacation, my renters covered my stuff, money stolen, a broken phone screen and even car keys/reprogramming.
Genuinely worth it, and I am skeptical of the insurance industry at large.
