Been struggling so hard with my mental health recently thanks to recent events so I think I’m going to take a break from social media for a week. But I’ll be back! Working hard on book 4 in the meantime!

There's a big difference between "wanting a disability" and "wanting a diagnosis" that abled people seem to have trouble with.
For years my dad asked me why I wanted something wrong with me.
I didn't. I still don't. I don't WANT a disability. Having to take meds, fill out a million forms, pay doctors, deal with everything else...it's exhausting. But I have one. And I'm better off knowing and being open about it.

I see a lot of people bemoaning on social media that ‘everyone seems to have/wants to have a disability’ and I just want you to know that scrolling past is a possibility. We can’t put all the disabled and sick people in institutions and jails just to make you comfortable now, boo-boo
