if Alice Munro was yin, Gallant was definitely yang. If Munro was Christopher Pratt in its restraint and emotional austerity, Gallant was Emily Carr, her writing full of movement and vivid colour, details, textures, and forms, forming a pastiche of impressions. Read www.facebook.com/share/p/18v6...
