It's like Bioware forgot their roots. Everything that this game seems to be that is good is a branch off of already created concepts and lore.

Weirdly enough I thought the first episode was good in the classic Futurama way. Many times through the show it would introduce some new bs just to make a relevant modern day joke.
But the following episodes were all pretty bad.

Oh I know, I used both of them as a way to theme my absalom gang campaign I've been writing, I think I was just more disappointed that I felt the faction system in Alkenstar was just weaker.

It implies true ambiguity and decisions between the various factions to decide from for the players in the pre-release ads and stuff.
But ultimately you are against a singular entity and are "good". It's not an issue in of itself, just disappointing. Expected more of a gang sandbox.
