Just received Tim Shipman's 'Out' & am really looking forward to reading it but, my goodness, it's a huge tome to the point of being hard, physically, to read unless you happen to have a lectern handy! And, a pet peeve, really annoying that there is no index, especially in a book of this magnitude.
