I've just completed this new piece and I'm thrilled with the result. "Storm Watcher" began with an antique salvaged clock case from the UK. Everything inside was built from scratch. Stop by River Gallery beginning April 12 to see it in person during Scenes and Structures.

"The Little Street at Night", based on Vermeer's painting "The Little Street". All built from scratch using hand tools and a band saw...no CNC tools. The brick and cobblestone was applied using a stencil and pigmented compound. I'm very happy with the result.

Next on my reading list..."On Tyranny" by Timothy Snyder. I think a lot of other folks are searching for how we get through because there's a huge wait list at my library. We can't just sit by and watch it happen.
