It was a shock…this year? i remember his obit photo, and he looked so young….maybe that was the photo they used on the side of his books… yes , the good ones are gone . Sad.

I loved Paul Austers book 📚 Brooklyn Follies. A favorite of mine .( Now I feel like reading it again) Wish he was still here.

Mine too! I just liked it twice, I was looking at my own likes , thought I was in some other place! I think I have done that before, it’s also age!

I used to vacation here , decided I would leave the snow behind! That being said it’s probably over 100 degrees most of the summer, and I try and get out of here as often as possible. I would like to live in a walkable city or town , and get rid of my 🚘, asap! ( It’s only 70 as I write! Chilly! )

Im in Scottsdale Az. no leaves , wait, no trees 🌳 but if I drove north about an hour north , I would find them now. The only thing is I hate traffic , so I have to settle for BSKY! Cactus 🌵 is still green , but I miss REAL trees. Have been thinking of leaving.(The last five years! )

Don‘t be! I had a senior moment that lasted . I love Maine and I spent a lot of summers there. It’s gorgeous . I have done this before , I’m sure I’m looking at a photo that was taken 5 minutes ago! BTW…I went to high school with Bernie! Same neighborhood! ( not same years!) 😄

I can’t believe I thought it was Maine this morning! I mean, we post from all seasons, all years, etc. I think I have missed it there so much, I was living vicariously through the scene!
