Had a great day at Sugarbush with Pro Skier Darren White! It was a little crowded at times, but the skiing was good and the thin cover natural snow only trails spiced things up.

Beautiful day at Sugarbush
I was not expecting today to be as good as it was. There were snow showers and squalls hanging around northern NY all day and Whiteface must've been hammered, because it was an epic powder afternoon!

I was not expecting today to be as good as it was. There were snow showers and squalls hanging around northern NY all day and Whiteface must've been hammered, because it was an epic powder afternoon!

Day 12. Wind could be an issue!
Today was day 11! The strong start to the ski season continued today at Whiteface with the opening of terrain that typically doesn't open until much later in the season. You love to see it!

It’s day 10!
It was a windy day at Whiteface and my toe hurt A LOT. I hurt the toe last Monday and then re-aggravated it again on my first run at Jay yesterday. As a result, it was a short day for me.

Today was a legendary November ski day at Jay Peak! It doesn't get much better than this on Thanksgiving weekend in the East.

With Thanksgiving now in the rearview mirror, the Christmas shopping season is here! Long story short, there ain’t no deal worth missing a day on the mountain, so I went to Whiteface and skied, instead of shopping.

To be frank, last year’s early season offering at Sugarbush was pretty bad. One year later and Sugarbush has redeemed itself.
