Moved from rural coastal Monterey, California, small town life to the big city life at San Antonio, Texas. You will find me indoors hiding from the sun, pollen and speeding cars on the freeway.
Damn it, I missed my dupixent yesterday!
No wonder, I have been wheezing!

High levels of juniper!

New goal, try gingerbread flavored pepsi!
Ginger and cinnamon are wins.
If it has bread in it that will be upsetting.

Dog bites often get infected.
ICE detention does not offer daily showers and clean clothes.
The basics of wound care is keeping the wounds clean and covered.
It does not take long for infections to take hold.
Leaving someone in this condition is ensuring they will have infections and complications
My constituent, Wilmer, was mauled by an ICE attack dog despite the fact that, as he has consistently explained, he was not resisting arrest or trying to flee—his wife and young children, all U.S. citizens, were forced to watch helplessly as Wilmer was violently attacked and dragged away.

Siccing dogs on people is a slave tracker thing, a Bull Connor thing, a police brutality thing, a jackboot thug thing, an evil abuse of both dog and man which only a fully corrupted spirit could enact.

Friend told me a stranger strolled over to them and asked if they can have sex? How does that work?
She responded, if I tell you, I will have to kill you.
Obviously as a way to redirect the conversation and avoid answering. Seems that was offensive to the stranger?!
They scolded them and left.

Asked property management what the problem was with sending me photos and they sent them to me and indeed the tenant damaged the door!

Trump, RFK Jr, and Musk are all racists, eugenicists and classists.

Their goal is only the rich white people survive.
It makes more sense when you realize that RFK Jr. isn't an anti-vaxxer.

He's a eugenicist. He thinks that people die of disease because they are genetically inferior and vaccines dirty the gene pool by allowing inferior children who should have died of their illnesses to breed.

Updated my health insurance.
Compared plans.
Same company had multiple plans with different names
One cost a third of what I have been paying.
Copaymens half
I am looking forward to saving money next year...
Questioning if the only difference are the premiums and copayments?

The CDC is compromised and is advocating against evidence-based public health.

This is a pro-death and pro-disease recommendation.
This regressive move will literally kill people. It's making kids' liver cancer great again. And it's a sign of more harm to come.

The hepatitis B vaccine had been recommended for all newborns since 1991.

From 1990-2019, acute hepatitis B infections reported among children and teens fell 99 percent. www.nytimes.com/2025/09/16/w...
Breaking: After contentious debates and three failed attempts at a vote, a federal vaccine committee decided on Friday to end the decades-long recommendation that all newborns be immunized at birth against hepatitis B.

Every few days, I ask where are the photos of the broken door?
The one that needs replacing along with the frame, the threshold and the locks?
That they did are not supplying photos when they send requests to replace items at $1500 is questionable.
False claims?

Worried about my mom.
She has been sleeping a lot lately.
She only does that when she is sick.
She has also been very irritable.
She has her moments, like most of us but she seems more confused and just lashing out.
I made her an appointment with a new provider.
They squeezed us in for tomorrow.

Wow
I am feeling heat on my lumbar!
I haven't in over a year!
Is this heating pad too hot?
No
I was not feeling it.
I was feeling above it and my hips.
Direct assessment it is still not able to detect hot or cold or touch...

I have an MRI this morning.
I could have washed my hair but not dried it.
So will wash later today.
Trying out my new heating pad.
My black Friday deal.
It is extra large.
Fits over shoulders
Snaps at neck
Covers my butt.
Not wide enough to cover hips.
Might work if one were slim?
I am not.
Oh well

A vaccine exists that would stop bird flu from spreading and it is not being used?
When are we going to start adding plaster to bread?
We are going so backwards, I expect plaster in bread.
Egg producers suspect bird flu is traveling through the air.

After a disastrous Midwestern outbreak early this year, we tested that theory and found that where the wind blew, the virus followed.

Vaccines could help, but the USDA hasn’t approved them.

Babies dying because the FDA wants to pose topless online?
There is a time and a place for everything but this is not the time or the place for the FDA to be hosting friends and giving free publicity to friends selling wellness to the wealthy.
There is a botulism outbreak from baby formula & the FDA director is busy posing shirtless to promote his friend’s expensive & nonmedical (& evidence baseless) device on social media. We figured out how to make food & drugs safe then let attention-seeking narcissists bring back preventable diseases!
