ahh i don't remember exactly. it's definitely in shipwreck strand by the coast but slightly in-land. near the big floating red tree. I don't think it's part of an event so the dialogue usually triggers when you stand near enough the pair of NPCs

I love the sylvari castaway that completely missed the whole mordremoth thing and just gets info-dumped by an astral ward member that all sylvari are dragon minions

I don't even know if Andrew is trans, let alone transfeminine, so I'm not sure how transmisogyny is relevant. all I know about andrew's gender (unless I'm missing something) is that they use any pronouns. but even if they were transfeminine, using "angry person" still wouldn't be transmisogynistic

I don't think using the term "angry man" quite equates to a slur, and editing it to "angry person" when it is pointed out that Andrew isn't a man is totally fine. I don't see how "angry person" is different but similar to a slur?

sure, but they changed that as soon as they were made aware that was the case. it seems to me like they're making a good faith effort to respect andrew's identity and have amended their article multiple times based on the criticism they've received

you'd have to read the blog post in the worst possible faith to ever interpret it as blatantly and intentionally transmisognyst or even transphobic. the efforts by the author to amend the perceived sleights should further evidence that it's not genuine transphobia

literally all i'm saying is that it's not terf rhetoric to treat hrt as a potentially dangerous medication - the same status as literally every other prescription medication - ESPECIALLY if you're advocating for DIY.

yes. it is treated as a dangerous medication. idk where you're from, but where i'm from there are purchase limits on paracetamol for that exact reason

sure, but that's no reason to pretend hrt can't be dangerous when misused. i'm not even saying diy should be illegal or anything, just disagreeing that calling it dangerous is a "terf talking point"

when i was on spiro, my doctor had to call me at night warning me to stop immediately because I developed hyperkalemia and it could get dangerous. it's reckless to pretend medicines don't ever have dangerous side effects.
