For the lobby of the new JPMorgan HQ Foster designed a flagpole w/ a wind machine to simulate the flag’s outdoor waving. To contribute the building’s LEED Platinum certification, I’m sure the flagpole was made in NY from post-industrial recycled aluminum & the wind machine is Energy Star rated.

Incredible job of remodeling this gas station restroom AND maintaining its lack of compliance with both state and federal laws! That’s not easy to do! 👏 👏 👏
