It was stated that "You're wearing a plum colored blazer, aren't you?" is a leading question, but that "What color is your blazer?" is not. Does this imply that open-ended questions aren't leading questions?

I love how we only ever learned about the Nazi salute and all of a sudden after Elon does it there’re thousands who know what a “Roman salute” is. If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.
