120 on the Mamiya

Slowed down over the summer now that I don’t have access to a sheet film scanner at the school’s lab. Trying to get my hands on a V600 but slim luck with a fully functional scanner 🤔 Trying to avoid dropping them off at a commercial lab to cut down on wait time but it may be my only option.

Not sure about gallery etiquette, but I couldn’t help snagging my Vanguard Winner plaque from the Eric Fischl Vanguard juried show, from my 5x7 silver gelatin piece that ended up at PHX Art Museum. Much love to everyone who came and supported.

Another print day in the lab. Not an official scan but I hope to upload the final jpg soon. Used a special 90’s medical camera for these macro shots and I think I’m in love with the test pics already.

Having some extra fun time in the darkroom today, finding shots I don’t even remember taking.

Almost didn't take the first one, but it ended up being a favorite of mine from my zoom lens. I love how it just melts away the background (that was actually pretty busy with other plants). I'll have to use that zoom more often to create the dreamy effect.
