(To be clear, I have not actually applied for a mortgage so this isn't an underwriter finding new info. The denial came like five days after the pre-approval. & it cites old credit reports which had debt which has since been discharged.)

I'm sitting here with credit scores in the high 700s & perfect payment history, unable to get FHA financing sufficient to buy a house so I can stop renting this death trap apartment. Money isn't real & I am not going to waste my time anymore trying to make this system work for me

It cites credit reports from a year and a half ago (pre-PSLF) as reasons for financial institutions to deny me credit. But I already received the mortgage pre-approval, such as it was.
