So, the question becomes: am I severely depressed and need to change my depression meds with my provider? Or am I just reacting with understandable responses to the #*&@ going on around me?

Had an evening of stabby-stabby therapy yesterday (aka tattoo appointment) it’s amazing what a little proactive (socially acceptable) pain can do for your overall wellbeing.
I’ll have pictures of what’s done so far when I can get someone else to video for me as it’s wrapped around my arm.
