It would be so easy to destroy forever these delicate imprints left by the doves, but I save them as temporary art. Take care to appreciate the fleeting beauty in the world. Accept that even though it may not last, there will always be other moments of art. There will be more beauty, trust in that.

Make sure to turn off everything else for a few moments and appreciate familiar things as if for the first time. Directed attention creates magical novelty; we often forget to just really look at things for their own sake.

As I come to the completion of a 40-day Kundalini meditation challenge, I remember that the achievement of meditation is not an end goal state, but rather a constant greater flowering of one's energy.
