I'm not going to call this an education problem, because ALL Americans learned about this in school - at all three levels of public school, in mandatory classes.

Ready for the Halloween event - we gave out over 1000 books in 2 1/2 hours. It was non stop.
Several of the children literally squealed with joy at getting a new book. Parents were thrilled.
