Favorite obscure or super specific animal species? Im thinking like axototl and stuff like that. Then they could try to out do each other and find something no one else has heard of. Idk my friends were giant nerds in high school so maybe other teens wouldn't be as amused by that.

It is also getting kind of repetitive this book. Like I swear she has rehashed the same worries like three times already and I am 25% in. And maybe it feels that way since 1st dude had similar worries and I read his book last week. I really wanna get into the dom's brain in book 3 tbh.

Some context might have helped with this one instead of just fo as I say...

Wait what? Although it does make more sense why older adults in my family are always so concerned about potential mistakes. They never gave a reason just always "be careful on taxes" and "pay someone to do it if you can afford to."

I'm really tired of people pretending that this is about whether or not the essay was bad! It's not. It's about trying to purge trans people from society. The student called the TA a fucking demon, man. Do you know what that's like?

Or whats your favorite book? Suddenly I have never read a single thing in my entire life lol. Or I say I like romance and get immediately discounted. I started putting it on dating profiles because people(women mostly, men didn't seem to care as much lol) would ghost me if I brought it up in convo.

I only made it through Winona earp because it was on syfy and not HBO. I swear toward the end anytime the writers didn't know what to do with the plot...welp let's have the sister and her gf have sex. Which like yay queer ppl! But by the end I was like uh we came for the monsters not the romance.

The first two episodes were good. I will definitely be watching when my roommate is away though lol. It is steamy. (Not cuz he'd be rude about it, I am just awk about viewing sex scenes with other ppl)

You're right though. I still have a lot of internalized ableism. Especially directed at myself. I wouldnt care if someone else paid to have snow removed.

You've gotten a ton of recs, but I will say Courtney Milan and Kit Rocha were my intro to the genre and I stuck around whole heartedly. Dunno if you would find them in used bookstores, but no harm looking. Sophie jordan is another one i did see listed. KT Hoffman's the propects was super cute too.

Queer, historical romance, and fantasy. Most of them are 2/3 of the above. Yep I am deep into comfort reads.

You are me. I've got 3 ebooks, 2 print books, and 6 audiobooks going. Was planning to start a new print this weekend too lol. I should maybe push 2 ebooks and 1 print book to dnfs. I have listened to 3 of the audiobooks in the last 24 hours lol.
