Spent a couple of days with the greatest group of people you could want to hang out with: horror lovers. Talking books with writers and attendees did my soul a world of good. Book people are the effin' best.

My Christmas present to myself arrived! To celebrate the 10th anniversary of The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt, Abacus Books in the UK released a special edition of the novel. In February, I will be reading The Secret History for the 32nd time, while hoping 2024 brings news of a new book.
