Totally. When I write something important I print it out and then edit. Catch more mistakes on paper for some reason.

I feel I am doing much better with Internal Family Systems therapy. It is a weird way to talk to/with your parts. But it lets me actually work with the “I know I need to do this” and the “why aren’t I doing this” parts of myself.

I got my knowledge level insulted by an asshole project manager. I hit the books, learned the theory, realized I loved the subject and left for a better job.

I was briefly a doula, & some of the stories I heard were terrible. For me it was summed up by one clinic with a sign saying that if you came in with a birthing plan they would automatically give you a C-section. In what other area of medicine would you be forced into a potentially 2/
