You're not making any sense at all. Which isn't surprising since you're clearly one of the cult members. No company hires someone for a job who is not qualified for it. All dei does is make sure that of all the qualified candidates out there, they don't only choose the white men.

It's almost as though they also have employees in the united states. Otherwise they wouldn't have a diversity page. Your employee base should be as diverse as the population of the country you're in. This anti-dei sentiment is just racism.

Well, yeah. Any economy is brittle when you take money out of Farmers' hands, 5 million healthcare workers lose their jobs because you eviscerate Medicaid, and you defund the education department. Those things are the economy.
