I'll use my Bluesky to share ways to improve writing and sharing business stories. I help marketing teams with their messaging strategies. I run B2B Marketing Storyteller. I write a newsletter called B2B Trust Lab. I work out for fun.

Many large businesses work with me to create their narratives. This is because I use the right tools to improve clients' feelings about their brands. In my latest newsletter, I wrote about how to use one of those tools. Please subscribe and support!

Your junior marketer doesn't need another writing course.

They need to learn how to see through your audience's eyes.

Build a "Customer Gallery" instead with:

Real customer quotes
Actual decision stories
Specific pain points

Abstract "target audiences" become real people with real problems.

Companies can lose $3.8 Trillion in 2025 if they fail to meet customer expectations, according to Qualtrics. You can address potential #CX disasters by remembering the CLERB meme: address CONCERNS, use clear LANGUAGE, ENGAGE your audience, highlight your RELEVANCE, and clarify the BENEFITS 😜

I write a newsletter about building trust in the B2B space, where I provide a POV on how to create a relationship through storytelling and content.

The latest includes tips on selling innovation without using tired B2B tropes, and I'd like to hear any thoughts or builds! b2btrustlab.substack.com

Don't aim to "Become a Thought Leader" in 2025—it's a trap. ❌ Colleagues will seek your insights in critical strategy meetings. ❌ Invitations to speak at prestigious industry events will follow. ❌ You'll discover chances to join thrilling new projects. #LeadershipMyth
