Each year, I'm reminded how many important stories are being pulled from shelves, often for reasons that say more about fear than about the content itself. I post in honor of my dear friend Kristen, an avid reader, a champion of intellectual freedom, and someone who never backed down from a hard conversation. Let’s read widely. Let’s think deeply. Let’s keep turning pages that others would rather keep closed.
