When I tell you the title change had me RELIEVED. I wasn’t Solavellan, I was so worried the next game was going to be ENTIRELY about him with no nods to The Descent. So that paired with how all the interviews were about Solas…. I am so glad DAV is what it is, compared to what I expected, tbh

I agree with Antiva’s assessment that they built their own vision of Solas over the last decade. I, however, liked Solas MORE in DAV. I found him compelling and my god GDL lives rent free in my head with “Varric is— quite good at shading the truth himself.”

Antiva, we are veterans of DA fandom, I’ve seen you around forever. So, you have to be like me in wondering: how did we fall so far? What happened to us? Why are we split like this?

Yes! Oddly enough, I didn’t notice until I used the “Antoine” hairstyle on my dwarf Rook, but it made me so happy. This game is so visually stunning and it makes me laugh when someone says “Fortnite” in regards to it, because it’s insulting themselves more than the game at this point.

Not me on my 4.5 Rook with 2 half finished play throughs because I get to missing romancing Neve and Bellara and Taash, so I switch between them all 😭 and I find a little more codex every time I play too
