On Sunday December 14th, Paul André Bempéchat will play pieces by Beethoven, Mozart, Chopin, and Schubert at Grace Chapel here in Lexington. Enjoy beautiful music played by Bempéchat while supporting The Shelf, a resource for food-insecure Massachusetts College of Art and Design (MassArt) students.

Residents brought their post-Halloween pumpkins to Lincoln Park for a pumpkin smash hosted by the Town of Lexington, LPS Green Teams, and Lexington Zero Waste Collaborative. Smashed pumpkins were composted by Black Earth Compost, which offers free compost services for Lexington residents.

We hosted a mouthwatering cooking class with Chef Kelcy last week. Everyone learned how to make three classic soups, just in time for the temperatures to start dropping. It was a delicious evening, and no one left hungry!

Halloween is tomorrow and you know what that means - Trick or Treat in the center! Children are invited to trick or treat at local Lexington businesses from 2pm to 5pm. Look for the orange/black/white balloon bouquets at the door of our participating local businesses.
