she’s had enough

He licks her front leg which is up in the air while she presses her head against a cushion and looks fed up. He cleans her back foot while she lies on her back. He grooms himself and one of his legs lies across her body holding her in place on her back. Not to anthropomorphize but she looks annoyed.
