PNW fall hiking means mushrooms galore

What a difference 7 months makes! Here is Snoqualmie Falls in spring vs fall. The falls are impressive no matter what time of year.

Ch-ch-ch-changes! It was the end of an era at the gym last week as we said goodbye to our trainer who is moving on to nursing school. We’re sad to lose her but also happy for her new journey. We celebrated with an ‘80’s themed workout which was a total blast! Ken & Barbie even showed up. #fun

Lavender field stroll today

Took the Hurricane Hill hike this past weekend. The Olympic Mountains were playing peek-a-boo through the clouds all day. This is a moderate 3-ish mile round trip hike that gains about 700 feet ending up at 5757’ at the top. #olympicnationalpark

Made it up the Mount Storm King hike from the shores of Lake Crescent to the top overlooking the lake. It’s a 2100 foot elevation gain in roughly 2 miles. Great hike!
