The first campaign of Battlemarked only took me like 10 hours in my first playthrough, and that was taking the time to explore, read all the dialogue, etc.

I wouldn't say it's the exact same thing as a CRPG, but it's close enough to fit the bill for me, and I'm really glad that I picked it up.

I generally don't mind sitting down and putting 40+ hours into a game if it's something I'm enjoying, but I've always kinda wished for shorter form options in the 15-20h range. That's not much for an indepth story, but something you can playthrough in 3-4 sessions would be really nice IMO.

I always appreciate when a higher difficulty isn't just giving enemies more health and/or higher damage values. Like... rather than beefing them up, give them smarter AI, or some new abilities, or maybe even add extra enemies to the encounter.

Some extra HP or damage is fine, but no damage sponges
